目的:分析医院医务人员职业危害因素和制定防护措施。方法:对医务人员工作过程中可能遇到的危害因素提出相应的职业防护对策。结果:通过职业安全防护知识教育,加强锐利器械损伤防护和处理,可减少工作伤害。结论:根据医院医务人员职业危害因素提出防护措施,可更有效地降低职业危害。
Objective: To analyze the occupational hazards of hospital medical staff and make protective measures. Methods: To put forward corresponding occupational protection countermeasures to the hazardous factors that medical workers may encounter in the course of their work. Results: Through occupational safety knowledge education, strengthening the protection and treatment of sharp instrument damage can reduce the work injury. Conclusion: According to occupational hazards of hospital medical staff to put protective measures can be more effective in reducing occupational hazards.
