养老保险作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分,关系到广大企事业人员离退休后的生活问题,国家对这个问题有着详细具体的规定,各地在政策的执行上也都是非常严肃的。近两年,由于扩面征缴工作的开展,有的地方在执行和宣传有关政策中出现了一些偏差,主要表现在以下几个方面:一、退休年龄的不统一。目前国家在职工退休年龄的问题上有着详细的规定,即男60周岁、女干部55周岁、女工人50周岁。但是在一些地方,为了减轻国有企业的包袱,把退休年龄提前一至五年;有的地方在国家三令五申禁止的情况下又在病退上作文章,降低病退的条件,把一些不属于职业病的工种、病情划入病退范围,加重了保险负担,增大了支付压力。另外在有的地方,由于种种原因把退休年龄推迟,损害了职工的合法权益。
