以25wt%LY12和75wt%LF21废料为基本原料,加入一定量的合金(质量分数(%),2.6~3.8 Cu;1.0~1.2Mg;0.7~0.9Mn;3.5~4.2Zn;0.20Cd;0.13~0.18 Ce稀土),熔炼过程用工业六氯乙烷C2Cl6、Al-Re中间合金及铝钛中间合金对其进行二次精炼与变质处理,采用金属模底浇成型。铸件毛坯经淬火和时效处理后,抗拉强度σb≥370 MPa,伸长率δ10≥4%,硬度≥90 HRB。铝合金翼片铸件替代了原来铣削工艺生产的零件,满足了产品的使用性能要求,节约了材料和加工费用,具有良好的经济效益。
Based on 25wt% LY12 and 75wt% LF21 as raw materials, a certain amount of alloy (mass fraction (%), 2.6-3.8 Cu, 1.0-1.2Mg, 0.7-0.9Mn, 3.5-4.2Zn, 0.20Cd, 0.18 Ce rare earth), smelting process using industrial hexachloroethane C2Cl6, Al-Re master alloy and aluminum titanium master alloy secondary refining and metamorphic treatment, the use of metal mold pouring molding. After quenched and aged castings, the tensile strength σb ≥370 MPa, elongation δ10 ≥4%, hardness ≥90 HRB. Aluminum alloy wing casting instead of the original production of milling parts, to meet the performance requirements of the product, saving material and processing costs, with good economic benefits.
