应用洛赛克加羟氨苄青霉素(A组)治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)阳性十二指肠溃疡30例与单用洛赛克(B组)治疗的22例进行疗效对比。结果:治疗3d疼痛消失率A组为93.2％,B组为90.9％:治疗6d疼痛消失率两组均为100.0％,溃病愈合率A组为96.7％,B组为95.4％.HP根除率A组为90％,B组为9.1％,溃疡1年复发率A组为13.6％,B组为65.0％。结果表明:洛赛克加羟氨苄青霉素治疗HP阳性十二指肠溃疡症状缓解快,溃疡愈合率及HP根除率高,复发率低。
Thirty patients with Helicobacter pylori (HP) -positive duodenal ulcer treated with Losec and amoxicillin (group A) were compared with 22 patients treated with Losec alone (Group B). Results: The disappearance rate of pain on 3d was 93.2% in group A and 90.9% in group B, the rate of pain disappearance on the 6th day was 100.0% in both groups, 96.7% in group A and 95.4% in group B. The eradication rate 90% in group A, 9.1% in group B, and 13.6% in group A and 65.0% in group B, respectively. The results showed that: Losec and amoxicillin treatment of HP-positive duodenal ulcer symptoms alleviate quickly, ulcer healing rate and HP eradication rate, recurrence rate is low.
