利用骨龄发育指数评价法,对非缺碘地区的北海市108名6~14岁正常儿童进行骨龄发育分析。结果表明:骨龄发育指数百分率随年龄的增长而增高,男性骨骼发育慢于女性(P<0.05),约落后两年。骨龄发育指数与年龄呈正相关(P<0.001),其男性及女性的回归方程分别是:Ym=6.4720X一6.5033与Yf=6.4252+6.0617。与李氏相同年龄儿童的骨龄发育指数比较,北海市儿童骨骼发育较好(P<0.05)。
Bone age analysis was performed on 108 normal children aged 6-14 years in Beihai, a non-iodine-deficient area, using the evaluation of bone age index. The results showed that the percentage of skeletal age development index increased with age, and the skeletal development of male was slower than that of female (P <0.05), about two years later. Bone age was positively correlated with age (P <0.001). The regression equations of males and females were Ym = 6.4720X-6.5033 and Yf = 6.4252 + 6.0617, respectively. Bone development was better in Beihai children than that in Lee children (P <0.05).
