常用电子设计仿真软件应包括设计输入工具、设计仿真工作、综合工具、布局和布线、物理验证工具、模拟电路仿真器、PLD设计工具等。设计者在高频综合电路的调试优化时,应充分考虑前后级电路间的相互影响和仿真过程运算量的影响,采用关联优化方法能高效实现高频电子线路的优化设计。本文对各类仿真软件工具做出了简要探讨。
Commonly used electronic design simulation software should include design input tools, design simulation work, synthesis tools, layout and wiring, physical verification tools, analog circuit simulators, PLD design tools. When designing and optimizing the high-frequency integrated circuit, the designer should fully consider the influence of the interaction between the front-end and back-end circuits and the calculation amount of the simulation process, and can optimize the design of the high-frequency electronic circuit efficiently by using the correlation optimization method. This article made a brief discussion of various types of simulation software tools.
