在日本企业里,人事制度普遍都采取终身雇佣制,这也是日本企业最显著的特点。日本的企业采取的终身雇佣制,意味着员工在企业工作,如果没有违反企业规章制度,没有违反法律,企业就不能解雇他。随着社会经济的发展和产业技术升级,企业对员工需求也会提升,企业只有改善用工环境、搭建发展平台,才能避免急需用人时的招工难。虽然不同国家的社会制度不同、所处的环境不一样,但一些国外的企业的用人制度和企业文化,也很值得我们去学习和借鉴。日本企业的用人制度就体现了日本企业
