The effects of addition of rare earth element Er on 6063 aluminum alloy and its electrical conductivity after different aging treatments were studied. The results show that the conductivity increases with the increase of Er content, reaches the maximum when the content of Er is 0.1wt%, and then decreases with the increase of Er content. The rare earth Er can reduce the excess Si, Fe and other impurities in the alloy Element on the 6063 aluminum alloy and the formation of compounds conducive to the conductive properties of the alloy; with the extension of aging time, the conductivity increased gradually, the aging process reaches its maximum at 200 ℃ × 5h, then with the aging time extension Gradually decreases.
