1 临床资料 患者女,30岁。宫内妊娠16周,孕早期恶心,呕吐,进食困难,尿酮体(+++)。自感下腹坠胀。体检:腹软,宫底于脐下4横指,内诊检查在后穹窿处可触及质地较硬,表面光滑的肿物,触之活动欠佳,约8cm×8cm×10cm大。使用威曼800A彩色多普勒超声显像仪,探头频率3.5MHz,检查中见子宫增大,宫内见一活动胎儿,胎头双顶径3.3cm,胎心搏动规律,胎盘位于宫前
1 Clinical data Female patient, 30 years old. Intrauterine pregnancy 16 weeks, early pregnancy nausea, vomiting, difficulty eating, urine ketone body (+++). Feeling abdominal bulge. Physical examination: Abdominal soft, with 4 horizontal fingers under the umbilicus at the bottom of the uterus.
