普通话在国家语言政策与大众传媒的双重推动下极大的扩张着自己的话语霸权,方言只能在日渐狭小的空间使用与传播。然而,笔者调查发现,方言区的基层法院庭审中使用方言的比例仍旧很高,这与基层法院的法官队伍构成有关,更与中国乡土的特殊需求密切相连。 Under the dual promotion of national language policy and mass media, Mandarin greatly expands its discourse hegemony. Dialects can only be used and spread in increasingly narrow space. However, the author's investigation shows that the proportion of dialects used in courtroom trials in the dialect areas is still high, which is related to the formation of judges' ranks in the grassroots courts and is more closely linked to the special needs of China's native land.
