以某难选铜镍硫化矿的实际矿样为研究对象,在工艺矿物学研究基础上,通过全面的选矿工艺条件试验,提出适合该矿石性质特点的铜、镍浮选分离工艺措施。经闭路试验证实,可以获得较为理想的铜、镍浮选分离指标。所提出的工艺条件具有易于工业实施的特点,对同类型矿山的选矿技术改造具有指导意义。
Based on the study of process mineralogy, the actual ore samples of a refractory copper-nickel sulphide sulfide ore are taken as the research object. Based on the comprehensive beneficiation process conditions tests, the flotation separation process of copper and nickel suitable for the properties of the ore is proposed. Confirmed by the closed-circuit test, you can get the ideal copper and nickel flotation separation index. The proposed process conditions have the characteristics of easy industrial implementation, which is of guiding significance for the beneficiation technology transformation of the same type of mines.
