本研究在对肱骨桡神经沟的长度、桡神经走行的角度及桡神经出口到分叉的距离进行解剖观察与测量的基础上，设计了桡神经移位术，临床应用于56例肱骨中下段骨折患者，效果满意，现报告如下。
