中小学高职称教师是各个学校成熟教师的代表性人物,是各个学校教育教学工作的中坚力量和宝贵财富。但调查发现,一些教师在获得高级职称后,出现了专业发展止步不前的问题。究其原因,主要是这些教师需要层次不高、对未来发展信心不足和职业规划水平较低等。解决中小学高职称教师专业发展问题,需要激发他们的学习热情、指导他们开展职业规划、引发他们高层次的需要和实行校内评聘分离政策等。
High school teachers in primary and middle schools are the representative figures of mature teachers in all schools and are the backbone and precious asset in the education and teaching work of all schools. However, the survey found that after some teachers got their senior professional titles, there was a problem of stalled professional development. The reason is mainly due to the low level of these teachers, the lack of confidence in the future development and the low level of career planning. To solve the problem of the professional development of teachers with high professional titles in primary and secondary schools, we must stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, guide them to carry out career planning, trigger their high-level needs and implement the policy of separating and appointing graduates within the school.
