一、前言 近年来,在我车间烧结机鼓风烧结—鼓风炉还原熔炼生产粗铅过程中,为了获得更好的经济效益,要求增产粗铅含金。 在几年的技术工作中,采用高硅高钙渣型,取代长期延用的硅铁持平渣型,使高硅金精矿(金铅精矿)投入量逐年提高,烧结混合料含金,由78年的4.24克/吨,增加到1984~1985年的平均11.60克/吨。粗铅含金产量成倍增加。于此同时,我们充分采用原料自身造渣成份,以金精矿所含高硅为硅酸熔剂,取缔了硅酸熔剂,节省了生产粗铅熔剂费。
