层次分析法(AHP)是将与决策有关的元素分解成目标、准则、方案等层次,在此基础上进行定性和定量分析的决策方法。本文利用“层次分析法”计算得出影响我国企业年金发展的各指标权重,揭示了当前影响我国企业年金发展的主次原因,可以为政府决策提供参考建议。
Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is the decision-making-related elements will be broken down into goals, criteria, programs and other levels, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of decision-making methods. This paper calculates the weight of each index that affects the development of enterprise annuity in our country by means of “Analytic Hierarchy Process ”, and reveals the main reasons that affect the development of enterprise annuity in our country, which can provide reference for government decision-making.
