按照不同共渗工艺参数,分别对38CrMoAl钢试样进行喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合处理和离子氮碳氧硫共渗处理。结果表明,喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合工艺有利于缩短共渗时间和降低共渗温度;在相同的共渗介质与共渗参数下,喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合处理的表面硬度可达913 HV0.2,渗层厚度大约为0.33 mm,比离子氮碳氧硫共渗分别增加了35%和43%;经喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合处理后耐腐蚀性增加。
According to the different parameters of common infiltration process, the samples of 38CrMoAl steel were pretreated by plasma nitrocarburising and ion nitrocarburizing respectively. The results show that the pretreatment of plasma nitrocarburising pretreatment process is conducive to shortening the co-permeation time and reducing the co-infiltration temperature; under the same co-infiltration media and co-infiltration parameters, The surface hardness of the composites is up to 913 HV0.2, the thickness of the layer is about 0.33 mm, which is 35% and 43% higher than that of ion nitrocarburizing respectively. Corrosion resistance increases after treatment.
