患者,男性,30岁,3月前左面颊部生一肿物,无痛,肿物逐渐增大,致左面颊畸形。 检查 左面颊以颧骨下后方,下颌支前缘有一肿物约3×2×3cm大小,表面光滑,皮肤正常,肿物基底界限不清。无波动感,左颌下可触及2个0.5×0.5cm大小淋巴结,活动。于住院后第4天行肿瘤切除术。病理:淡黄色组织,质脆有粘液,镜下:整个组织成小叶性,小叶内弥漫分布大小不等的印戒样
