笔者通过多年来的舞台实践、编创、教学到世界各地巡演与国际的舞蹈家们的交流,发现舞蹈的编排、创作当中出现的很多问题和矛盾,并不是舞蹈艺术的专业性所导致的。而是不能简单易懂的沟通、管理、分工、而造成的,希望找到舞蹈艺术实践中一些重要又容易被忽略的现象,回到艺术创作组织样式的底层问题。当今世界的发展前所未有的迅速,所有行业都离不开人和人之间的相互依存、相互连接与合作。这就非常需要人和人之间有效分工、对话、沟通才能更好的进行协作。舞蹈艺术也是一样,无论编舞、跳舞和教学都需要团体合作才能促进舞蹈艺术的发展。而很多问题其实只要团队里能够简捷易懂的沟通和恰当的管理,是可以相互弥补或替代的。而没有很好的沟通与管理即使编舞有很新奇的创作概念,也不能很好的呈现出来。
Through many years of stage practice, the author has compiled and taught tours around the world to conduct exchanges with international dancers and found that many problems and contradictions in the arrangement of dance and creation are not caused by the professionalism of dance art. But can not simply understand the communication, management, division of labor, and caused, in the hope of finding some important and easily overlooked phenomenon in the practice of dance art, back to the bottom of the organizational style of art creation. In today’s world, where the development is unprecedented and rapid, all industries can not do without the interdependence, interconnection and cooperation between people. This requires an effective division of labor between people, so dialogue and communication can be better coordinated. The same is true for dance art, where choreography, dancing and teaching all require teamwork to promote the development of dance art. In fact, many problems as long as the team can be simple and easy to understand the communication and proper management, can complement each other or alternative. Without good communication and management, even choreography has a very novel creative concept, it can not be well presented.
