提出一种基于缺口环法和相对法的新方法用于解决管材涂层的弹性模量评价,探讨了2种涂层模式。缺口环法为管材提供了一套有效的评价系统;相对法则用于建立有涂层和无涂层缺口环试件弹性模量之间的关系。结果表明,利用单侧涂层模式测得的CVD-SiC涂层弹性模量(外侧:403.82 GPa,内侧:400.35 GPa)与相关数据十分接近。由于双侧涂层的非对称性问题,校正后的计算公式得到的CVD-SiC涂层弹性模量也与单侧涂层的数据吻合,证明了相对缺口环法用于评价管材涂层弹性模量的真实性与可靠性。
A new method based on notch ring method and relative method is proposed to solve the elastic modulus of pipe coating. Two kinds of coating modes are discussed. Notched ring method provides an effective evaluation system for pipes; the relative law is used to establish the relationship between elastic modulus of coated and uncoated notched ring specimens. The results show that the elastic modulus of the CVD-SiC coating (403.82 GPa on the outside and 400.35 GPa on the inside) measured using the uncoated coating is very close to the relevant data. Due to the asymmetry of the two-layer coating, the calculated elastic modulus of the CVD-SiC coating obtained by the corrected formula also agrees with that of the unilateral coating, which proves that the relative notch ring method is used to evaluate the elastic modulus of the coating The authenticity and reliability of the quantity.
