1.目的 481系交直流的特快电车等采用的是密闭玻璃车窗,其结构如图1所示。双层玻璃6介于车体外墙板3和橡胶压条4之间。用密封材5把双层玻璃挤紧。因此,当玻璃破损和空气进入需更换玻璃时或橡胶老化需更换压条时,必须将密封材分离。原来用铲和钩进行手工操作。用手工将车体外墙板、橡胶压条和双层玻璃三者之间互相分开是很困难的,同时还得踩着橡胶压条,用钩子、铲子将其扒开。由于老化了的橡胶粘在周围,对它处理很费时间。为解决
