Literary always devoted more attention to disadvantaged groups, while Tony Morrison, who is a black man, extended his brush strokes to black race. In her ten novels, The world tells of the self-awakening of forgotten and hurting people, just as Kundera's novel is a tool to explore the ego when human existence is covered up by the Crisis of Modernity. Toni Morrison's novel Exploring the fate of the black people in today's society, the unique thoughts and insights in the works make the “Homeland” in 2012 get the attention and praise from all over the world.
