本文首次报道用 BrdU、IdU 和 CIdU 等三种卤代尿嘧啶诱发动物体内 SCE,比较和评价这三种药的细胞遗传效应。实验动物为B6 C3 F_1成年雄性小鼠和2天龄雌性新西兰兔。实验采用了 Allen 等的皮下药膜植入技术和 McFee 等(1983) 的石腊包埋改良技术。
In this paper, we first reported the SCE of three kinds of halouracil including BrdU, IdU and CIdU to compare and evaluate the cytogenetic effects of these three drugs. The experimental animals were B6 C3 F 1 adult male mice and 2-day-old female New Zealand rabbits. Experiments using Allen et al. Subcutaneous film implantation techniques and McFee et al (1983) improved paraffin embedded technology.
