针对复杂电磁环境下传统超声波探头易受电磁波干扰的缺陷,构建基于布拉格光栅传感器的2种超声传感系统。介绍布拉格光栅的原理,利用宽带光源和可调激光系统进行超声探测,构建2种布拉格光栅传感系统,采用布拉格光栅超声传感系统进行伤情探伤,并进行实验验证对比。结果表明:具备可调激光光源布拉格光栅传感器的超声探测系统对超声波具有相当高的灵敏度,在复杂电磁环境下对结构复合材料的超声探伤中可以作为传统的压电传感器的替代品。
Aiming at the defect of traditional ultrasonic probe in the complex electromagnetic environment susceptible to electromagnetic interference, two kinds of ultrasonic sensor systems based on Bragg grating sensors are constructed. This paper introduces the principle of Bragg grating, uses broadband light source and tunable laser system for ultrasonic detection, constructs two kinds of Bragg grating sensing system, uses Bragg grating ultrasonic sensor system to carry on the flaw detection, and compares the experiment. The results show that the ultrasonic detection system with adjustable laser light source Bragg grating sensor has a high sensitivity to ultrasonic waves and can be used as a substitute for the traditional piezoelectric sensor in the ultrasonic flaw detection of composite materials in complex electromagnetic environment.
