西瓜含有很多水分,味道甘甜,偏于凉性,有助于夏季清热解渴。但对于一些脾胃虚弱、胃肠功能差的人来说,还应少吃西瓜。因为西瓜偏凉性,会损伤脾胃功能。对于糖尿病病人,西瓜中的糖分大多是生物果糖,具有调节血糖的作用,因此,适当吃点西瓜未尝不可,但一天最好不要超过两小块。
