虹吸滤池采用气水反冲洗存在着滤池分格和虹吸控制两方面问题,尤以后者更为突出。本文从虹吸滤池基本工艺特点出发,在保持自助冲洗条件下,将虹吸控制改为压板阀气动控制,实现了水冲与气冲的灵活交替操作,并结合已投产四年的丹东大东港水厂的设计及运行实践,介绍了气动控制系统和气水反冲洗系统的原理与构造。该种压板阀滤池工作周期达24小时以上,出水浊度保持在2度以下。
The use of gas-water backwashing in siphon filters has problems in both filter compartment and siphon control, especially in the latter. In this paper, starting from the basic process characteristics of siphon filter, under the condition of self-service flushing, the siphon control was changed to the pneumatic control of the platen valve, which enabled the flexible alternating operation of water and air rushing, and combined the water of Dandong Dadong Port that had been put into production for four years. The design and operation practices of the plant introduced the principles and construction of the pneumatic control system and gas-water backwash system. This type of plate valve filter working cycle of more than 24 hours, the effluent turbidity remained below 2 degrees.
