恶性瘤细胞侵袭血管是形成肿瘤转移的重要环节。本文报告用扫描电镜及透射电镜观察恶性瘤细胞侵袭血管内皮,看到恶性瘤细胞通过其微绒毛及伪足的活动侵袭血管内皮细胞。微绒毛及伪足内的微丝是其运动的骨架结构。进一步研究微丝的构造及功能,对癌转移的研究是非常重要的。
Invasion of blood vessels by malignant tumor cells is an important step in the formation of tumor metastases. In this report, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the invasion of vascular endothelium by malignant tumor cells. It was seen that malignant tumor cells invade vascular endothelial cells through the activity of their microvilli and pseudopods. Microfilaments and pseudofilament microfilaments are the backbone of their movement. To further study the structure and function of microfilaments, it is very important to study the metastasis of cancer.
