利用日立偏振塞曼原子吸收分光光度计更换低灵敏度共振吸收线的方法,研究高含量Fe、Mn测定的最佳工作条件,在一份溶液中测定大洋多金属结核中Fe和Mn。对于wB在1%~36%的Fe和Mn分析的相对标准偏差(n=10)分别为06%~10%和07%~11%。经国家标准样品分析验证,方法可靠,与不同分析方法对比,结果满意。方法用于新研制的多金属结核中Fe、Mn定值分析,结果与初定值基本符合
Using Hitachi polarized Zeeman atomic absorption spectrophotometer to replace the low-sensitivity resonance absorption line, the optimum working conditions for the determination of Fe and Mn at high contents were studied, and the Fe and Mn in the polymetallic nodules of the ocean were determined in one solution. The relative standard deviations (n = 10) for the analysis of Fe and Mn from 1% to 36% for wB ranged from 06% to 10% and from 07% to 11%, respectively. By the national standard sample analysis and verification, the method is reliable, compared with different analytical methods, the results are satisfactory. The method is applied to the new value analysis of Fe and Mn in polymetallic nodules, and the result is consistent with the initial value
