对后发优势助推中国女子水球竞争力形成和存在的后发劣势隐患进行研究,旨在为我国女子水球项目乃至其他落后项目的发展谋求健康发展和追求优势绩效提供依据,为同行研究提供参考。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法开展调查和研究分析。结论:1)体制的后发优势助推了中国女子水球基础竞争力;2)运动人力的后发优势表达了中国女子水球竞争力;3)运动技术的后发优势赢得了中国女子水球表现竞争力;4)中国女子水球基础依旧薄弱,成长中存在一些不容忽视的问题;5)中国女子水球竞争力可持续发展需要提高对后发劣势的警惕,进一步培育学习力,打造技术、管理和文化立体创新途径规避路径依赖,逐步培育项目核心竞争力。
The research on the advantages and disadvantages of latecomers boosting the formation and existence of post-competition disadvantage of Chinese women’s water polo aiming to provide a basis for the healthy development and pursuit of superior performance for the development of China’s women’s water polo and other backward projects and provide a reference for peer research . The use of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics to carry out investigations and research analysis. Conclusions: 1) The backward advantage of the system has boosted the basic competitiveness of the Chinese women’s water polo; 2) the backward advantage of the athletic man expresses the competitiveness of the Chinese women’s water polo; 3) the competitive advantage of the athletic skills has won the Chinese women’s water polo performance competition 4) The foundation of Chinese women’s water polo is still weak. There are some problems that can not be neglected in their growth. 5) The sustainable development of the competitiveness of women’s water polo in China needs to be vigilant to the later disadvantage and further develop the learning ability and technology, management and culture Three-dimensional innovative ways to avoid the path dependence, and gradually nurture the project’s core competitiveness.
