近年来,我所和有关医院协作,试用深层发酵培养的薄盖灵芝[Ganoderma capens (Lloyd)Teng]菌丝体治疗进行性肌营养不良和萎缩性肌强直等疾病,发现有一定的疗效。我们从菌丝体的水溶部分分得五种化学成分。根据光谱分析分别鉴定为:腺嘌呤(Ⅰ),腺嘌呤核苷(Ⅱ),尿嘧啶(Ⅲ),尿嘧啶核苷(Ⅳ)和D-甘露醇等。动物实验证明,尿嘧啶和尿嘧啶核苷对实验性肌强直症小鼠血清醛缩酶有降低作用。
In recent years, we have cooperated with related hospitals to test the deep fermentation culture of Ganoderma capens (Lloyd) Teng mycelium for the treatment of progressive muscular dystrophy and atrophic myotonia and other diseases, and found that there is a certain effect. We separated five chemical components from the water-soluble part of the mycelium. According to spectral analysis were identified as: adenine (I), adenosine (II), uracil (III), uridine (IV) and D-mannitol and so on. Animal experiments have shown that uracil and uridine have a reduced effect on serum aldolase in mice with experimental myotonia.
