日前,人力资源和社会保障部、中国就业促进会完成对网店直接就业状况首次摸底调查。此次调查的数据显示,962.47万人通过网店直接就业,网店缺工总量约为110万人,网店吸纳就业的潜力不小。平均每个网店用工为2.55人,同时75.6%的个人网店员工没有参加任何社会保险。网购已融入人们生活,但究竟有多少人通过开网店实现就业,一直没有纳入统计。
Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Employment Promotion Association completed the first investigation of the direct employment situation of online stores. The survey data show that 962.47 million people are directly employed through online stores, and the total number of online shop shortages is about 1.1 million. The potential for online stores to absorb employment is not small. On average, 2.55 employees are employed in each shop, and 75.6% of individual shop employees do not participate in any social insurance. Online shopping has been integrated into people’s lives, but how many people have achieved employment through online shop has not been included in statistics.
