本文从磨削表面波度的特点出发,对磨削表面波度的评价问题进行了探讨,并且认为:表面波度只与表面波纹有关,与工件的具体形状无关;表面波纹是许多周期性分量迭加随机干扰而成。因而评价表面波度既应考虑波纹的幅值,也应考虑波纹的形状。本文提出了评价波纹度的两个指标:一个是与波幅值相对应的指标——波幅强度;另一个是与表面波纹形状相对应的直接反映表面可视图纹清晰程度的指标——图纹强度。本文还叙述了这两个指标的具体求法,并对表面波纹的计算机模拟数据和实际工件测量数据进行了计算。计算结果表明,本文提出的评价波度的两个指标及其具体求法基本上是正确的,它们能较全面地反映表面波度的情况。

This article also describes the specific requirements of these two indicators, and computer simulation of surface corrugation data and actual workpiece measurement data are calculated. The calculation results show that the two indexes of evaluation wave and the concrete method are basically correct. They can reflect the surface wave more comprehensively.
