本文通过13号车钩的静强度试验、分析指出,24SiMnVTi的13号车钩钩舌上某些测点在0.6MN和1.06MN拉力作用下已超过许用应力或屈服极限;根据5kt重载列车试验结果,13号车钩钩舌上个别测点已接近许用应力,有的已超过了屈服点,不符合TB1335—78的要求。文章还指出此种车钩在试生产中存在早期失稳断裂等问题。文章提出,应引进E级钢F型转动和非转动车钩制造技术;要对13号车钩的材质和结构两个方面改进。
Based on the static strength test of No. 13 coupler, it is pointed out that some measurement points on No. 13 coupler hook of 24SiMnVTi have exceeded allowable stress or yield limit under the tension of 0.6MN and 1.06MN. According to the test results of 5kt heavy-haul train , No. 13 coupler knuckle individual measuring point is close to allowable stress, and some have exceeded the yield point, does not meet the requirements of TB1335-78. The article also pointed out that this kind of coupler has some problems such as early instability fracture in trial production. The article proposes that E-class steel F-type rotating and non-rotating coupler manufacturing technology should be introduced; the material and structure of No. 13 coupler should be improved.
