我国工业锅炉目前自动化水平低,热效率不高,能源浪费大,蒸汽质量不高,工人劳动强度较大,“六五”计划中曾指出要对我国工业锅炉进行改造。然而我国工业锅炉品种多,设备新老不一。因此,设计研究一种灵活、适应范围广、价格便宜的新型控制系统,是工业锅炉自动化的一个重要课题。微型计算机技术的深入应用,为锅炉的自动控制开辟了广阔的前景。我厂与湖南大学共同研制了一套WKC—1型微电脑工业锅炉控制系统,现已在2锅炉上运行。系统投入运行以来表明,它具有稳定可靠、控制合理、节煤显
At present, the industrial boilers in our country are characterized by low automation, low thermal efficiency, large energy waste, low steam quality and large labor intensity. In the “6th Five-Year Plan”, we pointed out that it is necessary to reform our industrial boilers. However, China’s industrial boiler variety, new and old equipment. Therefore, it is an important issue to design and study a new type of control system which is flexible, adaptable and cheap. The in-depth application of microcomputer technology has opened up a broad prospect for the automatic control of boilers. I plant and Hunan University jointly developed a WKC-1 microcomputer industrial boiler control system, is now running on 2 boilers.
