LPS prepared from O-type sera of the most common Gram-negative septicemia caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were intravenously injected with a commercial product containing an anti-LPS antibody by a quantitative ELISA method Immunoglobulins were measured. Three different IgG preparations from different manufacturers and one enriched with IgM products were tested.
