Beijing in August, I was very happy to meet with you again to attend the annual China International Symposium on Metal Recycling and Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Founding of the China Iron and Steel Association. On behalf of China Iron and Steel Association, I extend my warm welcome to all the leaders and distinguished guests attending the meeting and extend my heartiest congratulation to the China Association of Scrap Iron and Steel Industries. I would like to take this opportunity to brief you on the operation of China’s steel industry and give some comments on the problems existing in the operation of the industry, the future development direction and the development of the scrap industry.
