吲哚 -3 -乙酸在流速为 1ml/min ,淋洗液为 3mmol/l的Na2 CO3和 3mmol/l的NaOH的混合溶液的离子色谱仪DIONEX(DX -1 0 0T)上较好的检测。其检测限为 0 .73 μg/ml(S/N =2 .5) ;保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为 1 .88%、4 .4 4%、0 .51 % ,在线性范围 1 -1 0 0 0 μg/ml,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数分别为 0 .990 1和 0 .9997。在此条件下 ,常规阴离子对吲哚 -3 -乙酸的测定没有干扰。对土壤样品进行测定 ,回收率分别为 1 0 7.84 % (峰高 )和 94 .81 % (峰面积 )。这种方法快速、灵敏 ,结果令人满意。
The indole-3-acetic acid was better detected on a DIONEX (DX-100T) ion chromatography with a flow rate of 1 ml / min and a mixed solution of 3 mmol / l Na2CO3 and 3 mmol / l NaOH. The detection limit was 0.73 μg / ml (S / N = 2.5). The coefficients of variation of retention time, peak height and peak area were 1.88%, 4.44% and 0.51% The linear regression coefficients for the range 1 -1 0 0 0 μg / ml, peak height, and peak area were 0.990 1 and 0.9997, respectively. Under these conditions, conventional anions did not interfere with the determination of indole-3-acetic acid. The soil samples were measured and the recoveries were 10.884% (peak height) and 94.81% (peak area), respectively. This method is fast, sensitive and the result is satisfactory.
