[目的 ]为了使刺莓果资源得到充分利用 ,对刺莓果果核进行了抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用的研究 .[方法 ]进行刺莓果对小鼠在常压、减压缺氧下存活时间的影响和对小鼠游泳时间的影响实验 .[结果 ]刺莓果果核能明显延长雌性给药组小鼠游泳时间 ,而对雄性小鼠几乎没有影响 .在常压缺氧时给药组能明显延长存活时间 ,并提高减压缺氧时小鼠的存活率 .[结论 ]刺莓果果核具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用
[Objective] To make full use of thorny berry resources, research on the anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia effect of thorn berry kernel was conducted. [Method] The thorny berry was subjected to normal pressure and decompression and hypoxia. Effect of survival time and influence on swimming time of mice. [Results] Thorn fruit berry can significantly prolong the swimming time of mice in the female administration group, but has little effect on the male mice. Administration was performed under normobaric hypoxia. The group can significantly prolong the survival time and increase the survival rate of the mice during decompression and hypoxia. [Conclusion] The fruit of thornberry has anti-fatigue and anoxic effects.
