目的探讨尿道下裂尿道成形术后并发症的发生原因和预防处理办法。方法总结分析 16年 167例尿道下裂不同手术方法的并发症。结果并发症占 2 0 .4% ,包括尿瘘 17例 (10 .2 % ) ,尿道狭窄 10例 (6.0 % ) ,伤口感染、坏死裂开 7例 (4 .2 % )。结论尿道下裂的修复应根据患者的具体条件选择手术方法。合理改进术式、精细操作和护理 ,可降低并发症的发生 Objective To investigate the causes of post-urethral urethroplasty complications and preventive measures. Methods A total of 167 cases of hypospadias in 16 years with different surgical complications were analyzed. Results Complications accounted for 20.4%, including 17 cases of urinary fistula (10.2%), 10 cases of urethral stricture (6.0%), 7 cases of wound infection and necrosis (4.2%). Conclusion The repair of hypospadias should be based on the specific conditions of patients choose surgical methods. Reasonable to improve surgical procedures, fine operation and care, can reduce the incidence of complications
