为了探讨善得定治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者的疗效，对２５例急性重症胰腺炎患者在常规治疗的基础上加用善得定（治疗组），与２７例急性重症胰腺炎采用常规治疗（对照组）进行比较。结果显示，治疗组在症状缓解、血淀粉酶恢复、胰腺水肿改善以及７２ｈ后血白细胞、空腹血糖降至正常方面，均明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：善得定是治疗急性重症胰腺炎的有效药物，给药后能使病情在较短时间内稳定、好转，恢复正常，且无明显副作用，值得在临床推广应用。
In order to investigate the efficacy of Zenadine in the treatment of patients with acute severe pancreatitis, 25 patients with acute severe pancreatitis were treated on the basis of routine treatment with gooddetermination (treatment group), and 27 cases of acute severe pancreatitis were treated with conventional treatment (control Group) for comparison. The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01) in relieving symptoms, improving blood amylase recovery, improving pancreatic edema, and reducing blood leukocytes and fasting blood glucose to normal after 72h. Conclusion: Good Decoction is an effective drug for the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis. After administration, it can make the disease stable, improve and return to normal within a short period of time after administration, and has no obvious side effects and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
