家访是实习生实习家长工作的一项主要内容。它可以沟通家庭与学校之间的各种联系,但是我们有些实习生上点后不知怎样进行家访,家访时往往停留在做“表面文章”上,达不到家访目的。那么,怎样进行家访呢? 首先要确定对象。一般来说,每位实习生可在实习期间走访三五个学生家庭。家访的对象最好要具有典型性,要优先考虑那些急需跟家长联系,取得家长配合进行教育的学生家庭,比如“两极生”,有明显变化的学生等。一方面,这些对象对同学们做好实习班主任工作影响较大;另一方面,与典型对象的接触,更有利于实
Home visits are a major part of internship parent work. It can communicate all kinds of connections between home and school, but some of our interns do not know how to conduct home visits after they have been on the point. Home visits often stop on the “surface” and do not reach the purpose of home visits. Then, how do you conduct home visits? First you must identify the target. In general, each intern can visit three or five student families during the internship. The objects of home visits should preferably be typical. Priority should be given to those families of students who are in urgent need of contact with their parents to obtain education from their parents, such as “bipolar students” and students with obvious changes. On the one hand, these objects have a greater impact on the students’ good job as a trainee teacher; on the other hand, contact with typical subjects is more beneficial to the actual situation.
