自1987年以来,我校生物系张启元教授与青海省轻工业研究所共同合作,开展了大黄酒的研制与开发。经生物系和分析试验中心做的大量药理和动物实验证明,大黄酒有明显的保健作用,尤其对肝脏的保健效果更好。这一新成果已在西宁通过省科委主持的技术鉴定。鉴定结果认为:这是一项很有意义的首创性工作,既利用我国丰富的资源开发了低度保健饮料酒的新产品,同时又开辟了传统中药大黄的应用
Since 1987, Prof. Zhang Qiyuan of the Department of Biology of our university has cooperated with the Institute of Light Industry of Qinghai Province to develop the research and development of rhubarb wine. A large number of pharmacological and animal experiments conducted by the Department of Biology and Analysis and Test Center have proved that the wine has obvious health effects, especially for the liver. This new result has been appraised by Xining under the leadership of the provincial science committee. The results of the appraisal show that this is a very meaningful and pioneering work. It not only utilizes China’s abundant resources to develop new products for low-value health drinks, but also opens up the application of traditional Chinese rhubarb.
