在现浇楼板混凝土施工中,负筋高度和混凝土板厚是质量控制的重点。现场通常采用在上下排钢筋间架设“几”形小马凳的方法控制负筋高度。缺点是:刚度低,浇筑混凝土时易被踩踏变形,导致负筋有效高度降低;受到振动易移位,使上下筋偏离马凳中心,降低负筋高度,并出现板漏筋现象(漏筋为马凳脚);成本增加。
In cast-in-place concrete slab construction, negative reinforcement height and slab thickness are the key to quality control. In the field, the negative tendon height is usually controlled by the method of erecting a few horse stools between the upper and lower rows of steel bars. Disadvantages are: low rigidity, easy to be stepped and deformed when pouring concrete, resulting in reduction of effective height of negative tendons; easy displacement of vibrations, so that the upper and lower ribs deviate from the center of the horse stool, reduce the height of negative tendons, and the phenomenon of plate ribs leakage (leakage tendons is Horse stool); costs increase.
