目前,虽有一些发动机的连杆小头上使用着以钢背与青铜双金属带卷成的薄壁衬套,但使用青铜材料作连杆铜套的仍居多数。连杆铜套与连杆小头内孔为过盈装配。许多修理工认为,加大连杆铜套与连杆小头孔的过盈量可确保铜套在小头孔中的紧度,因此当发生连杆铜套松动的故障时,常常利用毛坯自制铜套,以求加大过盈量。但实际上在加大过盈量后,铜套依然有松动的现象,而采用不断加大过盈量的做法常常造成组装困难和机件损坏。现将我们对连杆铜套过盈配合的看法叙述如下:
