引言以内燃机作为船舶的推进动力,现在是我国船舶推进动力的基本方式。它不仅能提高船舶的运输生产效率,而且可使船员的劳动条件有所改善。但是,内燃机船运行时伴随的噪声振动较强烈,根据国内外文献的报导(1)(2)(3),接触内燃机车和船舶噪声振动的作业工人,不但能发生噪声性耳聋和导致机体过早疲劳,而且可能促进某些疾病,如高血压、溃疡病、神经衰弱、以及内分泌和妇科等疾病的发生。关于内燃机船噪声振动的研究,我们刚刚开始。因此,在当前全国航运事业和造船事业发展的形势下,研究内燃机船的噪声振动的特性及对机体有害影响的预防措施,不但是交通劳动卫生工作中需要解决的问题,也
Introduction The internal combustion engine as a propulsion of a ship is now the basic mode of propulsion of our ship. It can not only improve the ship’s production efficiency, but also improve the crew’s working conditions. However, the noise vibration accompanying the operation of internal combustion engine ships is strong.
