本文研究了稀土元素镧、吲哚丙酸(IPA)以及两者配合使用对月季扦插生根的影响。实验结果证明;1ppm的氯化镧(LaCl_3·7H_2O)促进扦插生根和根的生长,比用5ppm的 IPA处理 2小时生根数增加一倍多 ;1ppm的氯化镧与不同浓度的IPA配合使用,对扦插生根有不同程度的加合效应。其中用0.1ppm的IPA配合处理插条,不仅提高了生根数,而且促进了根的生长和根的鲜重与干重。以不同先后次序用氯化镧和IPA处理插条,结果发现,先用氯化镧后用IPA处理插条则促进生根,顺序相反有抑制作用。
In this paper, the effect of lanthanum, indolepropionic acid (IPA) and their combination on rooting of rose cuttings was studied. The results showed that 1 ppm lanthanum chloride (LaCl_3 · 7H_2O) promoted the rooting and root growth of cuttings, more than double the rooting number when treated with 5ppm of IPA for 2 hours; 1ppm lanthanum chloride used in combination with different concentrations of IPA, Cutting rooting have different degrees of additive effect. The treatment with 0.1ppm IPA cuttings not only increased rooting number, but also promoted root growth and root fresh weight and dry weight. In different order of treatment with lanthanum chloride and IPA cuttings, the results showed that first treated with lanthanum chloride IPA treatment of cuttings promote rooting, the opposite order of inhibition.
