作为基层教师的一员,笔者深切地感受到了教育改革前后的巨大变化,可以说,经过了这几年的运作,山东省的教改取得了有目共睹的成绩。笔者为此感到由衷的高兴、欣慰。但从教改开始至今,作为教改最大受益群体的学生,却很少听到他们的声音。笔者认为,在教育改革进程中,要想取得更大的进展、更全面的深化,应该更多地赋权于学生。一、赋权于学生的意义学生参与教改?也许很多人会提出质疑:学生的心智和心理还处于发展阶段,思想和判断力还不成熟,没有充足的时间和精力,缺乏全局的考虑和思索,不具备
