灵芝多糖(GLB)与刀豆素A(ConA)对小鼠脾细胞增殖反应有三种不同的相互作用。当ConA为亚适浓度(0.5mg/L)时,GLB有轻度的协同刺激作用;当ConA为最适浓度(2mg/L)时,高浓度GLB(>100mg/L)可轻度对抗ConA的刺激作用;当ConA为超适浓度(16mg/L)时,GLB可逆转ConA的抑制作用,并恢复ConA的刺激作用至最适水平,可能是多糖与ConA发生沉淀反应所致。
There are three different interactions between GLB and ConA on mouse splenocyte proliferation. When ConA was sub-optimal (0.5mg / L), GLB had a mild synergistic stimulus; when the concentration of ConA was optimal (2mg / L), high concentration of GLB (> 100mg / L) ConA. When ConA was superconcentration (16mg / L), GLB could reverse the inhibitory effect of ConA and restore the stimulatory effect of ConA to the optimal level, which may be due to the precipitation reaction between polysaccharide and ConA.
