目的了解平湖市幼儿园及中小学校餐具消毒现状。方法选择9所幼儿园、22所小学和24所中学的食堂,根据国家有关卫生标准进行监督检查和现场采样送检。结果 2009—2011年平湖市学校餐具清洗消毒效果合格率逐年提高,各年间合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同类型餐具中不锈钢勺子合格率最高(83.03%),筷子的合格率最低(72.89%)。不同类型学校中,幼儿园餐具合格率最高(85.00%),中学最低(72.65%)。城乡学校餐具消毒效果差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论近年来,平湖市学校餐具清洗消毒效果有了很大程度的改善,为了保障师生的身体健康,食品安全监管部门仍然要不断加强学校餐具清洗消毒的长效管理。
Objective To understand the status of tableware disinfection in kindergartens and primary and secondary schools in Pinghu City. Methods Nineteen kindergartens, 22 primary schools and 24 canteens of secondary schools were selected for supervision and inspection and on-site sampling and inspection according to relevant national health standards. Results The pass rate of cleaning and disinfection of school tableware in Pinghu from 2009 to 2011 increased year by year with significant difference (P <0.01). Different types of tableware stainless steel spoon the highest pass rate (83.03%), the lowest pass rate of chopsticks (72.89%). Different types of schools, kindergarten cutlery the highest pass rate (85.00%), the lowest secondary school (72.65%). There was also a statistically significant difference in disinfection effect between urban and rural school utensils (P <0.01). Conclusion In recent years, Pinghu City, school tableware cleaning and disinfection has been greatly improved, in order to protect the health of teachers and students, food safety regulatory authorities should continue to strengthen the school long-term management of tableware cleaning and disinfection.
