提出了一个基于TMN(电信管理网)的网络生存性管理系统(NSMS),它由生存性全局控制(GSC)、空闲资源管理、网络生存性状态监视及其MIB(管理信息库)和相应的传统故障管理功能构成.为了解决ATM层和SDH层不同恢复技术间的配合问题,提出了一种SDH/ATM生存性全局控制策略.GSC根据网络全局信息,为不同层的网络单元(NE)预计划并下载其响应过程.不同层间恢复技术的配合采用一种基于串行启动的TMN介入控制的混合式升级机制.提出的NSMS(包括GSC)可望构成具有成本有效性的基于SDH的B-ISDN生存网络.
A Network Survivability Management System (NSMS) based on TMN (Telecommunication Management Network) is proposed, which consists of Survivable Global Control (GSC), Idle Resource Management, Surveillance of Network Survivability and its MIB (Management Information Base) Traditional fault management functions. In order to solve the cooperation between different restoration technologies of ATM layer and SDH layer, a global control strategy of SDH / ATM survivability is proposed. The GSC pre-schedules and downloads response procedures for network elements (NEs) at different layers based on network global information. Collaboration between different layers of recovery techniques uses a hybrid upgrade mechanism based on a serial-initiated TMN interventional control. The proposed NSMS (including GSC) is expected to constitute a cost-effective SDH-based B-ISDN live network.
