目的:探讨纳米银(silvernanoparticles,nanosilver,Nano-Ag)对季节性甲型流感病毒H1N1的抑制作用。方法:应用血球凝集试验、鸡胚培养法和细胞病变(cytopathiceffect,CPE)观察,检测Nano-Ag对季节性流感病毒H1N1的抑制作用。结果:Nano-Ag/H1N1组和H1N1对照组血球凝集试验的效价分别为1:4和1:1024,两组相比有统计学显著差异(P<0.001);Nano-Ag可有效抑制H1N1在鸡胚中的增殖,尿囊液血凝试验为阴性,与H1N1对照组(血凝效价1:1024)相比有显著差异(P<0.001);25μg.mL-1Nano-Ag可有效抑制H1N1细胞病变效应和细胞凋亡,细胞凋亡率由(22.0±2.4)%降至(7.3±4.0)%(P<0.001)。结论:Nano-Ag对季节性流感病毒H1N1具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of nanosilver (Nano-Ag) on the seasonal influenza A virus H1N1. Methods: Hepatic agglutination test, chicken embryo culture and cytopathic effect (CPE) were used to observe the inhibitory effect of Nano-Ag on the seasonal influenza virus H1N1. Results: The titer of hemagglutination test in Nano-Ag / H1N1 group and H1N1 control group was 1: 4 and 1: 1024, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). Nano-Ag could effectively inhibit H1N1 In the chicken embryo proliferation, allantoic fluid hemagglutination test was negative, and H1N1 control group (titer 1: 1024) was significantly different (P <0.001); 25μg.mL-1Nano-Ag can be effectively inhibited H1N1 cells and apoptotic rate decreased from (22.0 ± 2.4)% to (7.3 ± 4.0)% (P <0.001). Conclusion: Nano-Ag has a significant inhibitory effect on the seasonal influenza virus H1N1.
